Shipping Policy


The fastest way to receive your item is to send cleared funds. The quickest way to do this is with PayPal. As soon as your funds have been cleared your item will be shipped within 2 business day excluding Public Holidays. PayPal allows you to use funds from your bank account or credit card on a secured site. Payment can also be made via direct deposit into our bank account. Please contact us for our Bank details. Please ensure you quote your full name in the reference field if paying by Direct Deposit. Please make payment within 4 days of the item/s being purchased. All payments must be cleared prior to dispatch of goods.


Please make sure all postal information is correct and up to date on Paypal, as we take no responsibility for incorrect information or sending your item to the incorrect address. Please advise us asap PRIOR to sending your item if your address is incorrect and provide us with the correct information. Once your item is shipped unfortunately there is nothing further we can do.

Great care is taken to ensure that your item arrives in perfect condition, free from defect. All our items are carefully packed and posted in secure packaging for maximum protection however please be advised that we do NOT take any personal responsibility for shipping damage.

Please note that Free shipping is only available to capital cities and metro areas. We do not ship NT, Tasmania, Western Australia remote. Please call if you wish to find out the cost of shipping to your area.
